Smokey Bill

Named after one of the fishermen in Yarmouth (IoW) Harbour. Oak smoked fish in the same delicious recipe as the Wightcake. Great served on wilted spinach with a poached egg on top, and some sauce Hollandaise if you are feeling decadent! A Great Taste 2 Star award winner.
